Summer Camps 2025
Date: Thursday, Jun 26, 2025 — Friday, Jun 27, 2025 9am-4pm PT
Description: In this workshop, your builder will begin their exploration into the world of robotics by building simple, animal-inspired machines that are controlled by icon-based program codes. We will teach your little learner some fundamental engineering and programming concepts as they build goofy animals and design perfect habitats to protect their new robotic friends. Maybe you can't have an alligator as a pet at home, but you can definitely build one in our classroom at Snapology!
Castles, Kings, and Wizards: Who wouldn’t want to escape and play in the world of magic, fairytales, and royalty? In Snapology’s Castles, Kingdoms, and Wizards portion of the workshop, students will have the opportunity to use LEGO® bricks to design their medieval fantasies while also bringing the real history to life! Yes, your student will do more than just build with LEGO® bricks, they will build their historical understanding of the unique elements that make the medieval time period such a fascinating point in human history.

In this program, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building some fascinating prehistoric creatures with their classmates! They will learn about the animals as they build and code robotic models! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your student will be taught how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with creative building challenges.
Minecraft Mania: Hey gamers, are you ready to travel all the way to The End with Snapology? Join us as we bring the game of Minecraft® out of the computer and into the real-world using LEGO® bricks. In this program, you will go on adventures using your imagination and even design your own worlds, full of mobs, animals, buildings, and your very own LEGO® Minecraft® character.

Description: Foundational engineering: Does your little learner love to tinker and create new things, or are they the kind of learner who likes to break things apart to see what’s inside? If so, they’re going to love Snapology’s Foundational Engineering: Machines and Contraptions program! This program gives your student the tools they need to understand mechanical movement and the importance of simple machines. They will see these moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines and contraptions, then use the models to develop new design ideas, test out physics concepts, and even play games with their partners and classmates. Whether they are the creative-constructive type or prefer the inquisitive-deconstructive way of learning, this program is sure to spark their engineering interests!
Superheroes: To the Batcave, superhero fans! Design your own superhero, create your own adventure, and build epic battle scenes using LEGO® bricks. Have a blast as you create your own fantasy world of superheroes and supervillains, straight out of the pages of DC and Marvel comic books. You might even unleash some of your own superpowers!

If so, this program is the perfect space for your young architect to sharpen their design and building skills! All buildings, from the Empire State Building to the house next door, started as an idea in an architect’s head. Students will learn how to take an idea from their head and turn it into a building in the real world. They will be guided through the building process, from creating a floor plan to disaster-proofing the structure, so that they will be able to create the next best thing in architecture using LEGO® bricks!
Bricks Across America: Let’s travel across the map together! In this program, students will work together to learn fun facts about each US state & territory. They will work with a partner to build one important item from each state’s identity out of LEGO® bricks. They will then present this to the class and by the end of the program, they will have a greater understanding of key aspects of each U.S State and Territory. Students will have a blast learning about culture & geography while expressing their creativity while building.

Customer Feedback
My kids (7 and 10) had a great time there during spring break. They had fun designing and building a structure that would fit into 'mini Seattle'. My daughter built a spinning amusement park ride with her new friend, and my son built a statue of a soccer player wearing the same red shoes as him. Staff were friendly and kids had a blast!
My 8-year old son did the Brick City science of super powers camp and had an absolute blast. Every day when I picked him up he eagerly told me about the fun creations and teamwork with the other campers. We can’t wait for our next chance to do a Snapology summer camp!
My 7-year-old recently attended their STEAM Survivor and Animation Studio Camp, and I couldn't be more impressed! This camp provided an incredible blend of fun and learning. My child had an amazing time making spinning tops with legos, lego sail boats, and creating stop motion movies.
My son loved every day of attendance. He really believed he was an engineer while he was there. The highlight for me was when he said that they built a boat as a team and that they tested it. Great job Ms Michelle and Raina.
